Save on Transport

While most companies will not give you an airport RV rental, we always try to make an RV pickup as simple as possible. At Adventure Touring, we know that you are on vacation, so we try to make it as to get you on the road for your holiday. Simply spend your first night at a select airport hotel and the shuttle will come and pick you up, take you to the rental location and get you on your way.

We offer hotel pick up from Denver (DEN), Dallas (DFW), Ft Lauderdale (FLL), Miami (MIA), Las Vegas (LAS), Orlando MCO), New York City (NYC), Seattle (SEA), San Francisco (SFO) and Salt Lake City (SLC). Most of the shuttle services are complimentary. Call one of our friendly reservation staff or check the terms and conditions to see if the location you are looking at has this complimentary service.

Once the shuttle picks you up and takes you to the rental location, the helpful staff will take you through an orientation of the RV and then quickly get you on your way.

Cities with Airport RV Rentals Pickups

Orlando Airport (MCO) 

We have two locations in the Orlando area serving MCO airport.  One of these locations offers Orlando airport hotel pickups.  This rental location will pick you up from select area hotels between 7:30 and 8:00 am.  Our second  RV rental location in the Orlando area does offer airport pickups for a fee from the Orlando (MCO) airport.

Miami Airport (MIA) 

We have two locations in the Miami area serving MIA airport.  One of these locations offers Miami airport hotel pickups.  This rental location will pick you up from select area hotels between 7:30 and 8:00 am. Our second RV rental location in the Miami area does offer airport pickups for a fee from the Miami (MIA) airport.

Newark Airport (EWR) 

We have two locations in the Newark area serving EWR airport.  Both of these locations offer Newark airport hotel pickups.  You will either get a 7:30 and 8:00 am or an 11:00 am to 1:00 pm hotel pickup, (location dependant).

Denver Airport (DEN) 

We have three locations in the Denver area serving DEN airport.  Two of these locations offer airport hotel pickups.  You will either get a 7:30 and 8:00 am or an 11:00 am to 1:00 pm hotel pickup, (location dependant).  Our third RV rental location in Denver does not offer a Denver (DEN) airport pick up but since they are only 13 miles from DEN airport a short taxi ride will get you there quickly.

Los Angeles Airport (LAX) 

We have three locations in the Los Angeles area serving the LAX airport.  Two of these locations offer airport hotel pickups.  You will either get a 7:30 and 8:00 am or an 11:00 am to 1:00 pm hotel pickup, (location dependant).  Our third RV rental location in Los Angeles does not offer a Los Angeles (LAX) airport pick up, but since they are only 5 miles from LAX airport.

San Francisco Airport (SFO) 

We have three locations in the San Francisco area serving SFO airport.  Two of these locations offer airport hotel pickups.  You will either get a 7:30 and 8:00 am or an 11:00 am to 1:00 pm hotel pickup, (location dependant). We may even be able to offer you a 12 pm pick up from some of the downtown hotels. Our third RV rental location in San Francisco does not offer a San Francisco (SFO) airport pick up. They are only 6 miles from Oakland International (OAK) airport and 24 miles from San Francisco International Airport (SFO).

Las Vegas Airport (LAS) 

We have three locations in the Las Vegas area serving LAS airport.  Two of these locations offer airport hotel pickups.  You will either get a 7:30 and 8:00 am or an 11:00 am to 1:00 pm hotel pickup, (location dependant).  Our third RV rental location in Las Vegas does not offer a Las Vegas (LAS) airport pick up. Since they are only 8 miles from LAS airport a short cab ride will get you there in no time.

Seattle Airport (SEA) 

Please contact the RV rental location at least 3 days prior to arrival to arrange the shuttle transfer.

Dallas/Ft Worth Airport (DFW) 

We offer a complimentary shuttle transfer the select Dallas Ft Worth airport hotels. Spend your first night in a select hotel. Our friendly staff will pick you up between 7:30 am and 8:00 am and take you to the location. After a short orientation, you will be on your way.
